420 LOT ONSITE CLEARANCE AUCTION

Buyers were able to bid in person** – or used our absentee bidding facility for this interesting range of Catering Machinery, Equipment &  Racking etc.

INSPECTION ONSITE
10  am to 4 pm the day befre

Buyers were ALSO able to inspect on Auction Morning from 8.30 am.  Once the auction started, access to some lots was not available (from a security point of view).

** If buyers were not able to stay onsite during bidding, our Absentee & ‘Phone Bidding services were available. **

Parking facilities & Refreshments.

Parking was limited – buyers adhered to onsite signage & respected the space of neighbouring businesses. Some areas were noted as “tow away” zones.

Some  additional parking was available close by.

Refreshments available .

Payments / GST / Buyer’s Premium.

Buyers paid using EFT, ‘Phone Banking, Visa/MasterCard or Cash (NO CHEQUES ACCEPTED) Buyers were encouraged to put in place any finance approvals before bidding, as FULL PAYMENT, for all purchases was REQUIRED BY NOON on the FIRST BUSINESS DAY after the auction ends.

No GST applied to BIDS, however, all lots were subject to a GST inclusive BUYER’S PREMIUM of 16.5% .

Collection of Goods.

After cleared funds were received, buyers collected their  purchases by 4 pm on Wednesday 5th December & as nominated on the catalogue front etc. or announced by the auctioneer personally.

Disconnections or Dismantling of services by buyers* was arranged with the the auction site manager. This * meant buyer’s staff & transport operators, licensed trades person or where “permits” are required to use qualified tradies.
