THE AUCTION OUTLINE AND BACKGROUND.
Our client, then in aged care, had lived onsite for about 60 years developing a natural bush site & built the family home plus various farm sheds & operated the agricultural smallholding.
At auction date it was time to sell the property to allow it to be redeveloped, but the “cluttered” site needed to be “cleared”! Auction of the chattels was the obvious solution.
A metal worker by trade, he had accumulated an array of machinery & equipment and built most of his machinery.
He loved buying tools & equipment to actually use – but by now much of it was both useful and collectable.
