The sellers have been running this production equipment for several years alongside their longstanding farming activities and a recently acquired hospitality business.

The production equipment includes 2 key processing centres with well known and reputable brand names such as “Burdon”, “Hallweld Bennett” & “Columbia”.

There’s also a substantial split bin hopper (loadable from 2 sides), an off feeder, a block splitter, various additional moulds, 13 track mounted drying racks and a Hyster forklift.

Blocks of various sizes have been produced in a shed within a separately owned large limestone quarry and the client base includes numerous significant retail outlets and direct sales to end users.

The new owner will have the opportunity to develop the turnover potential by devoting more marketing and production resources to the activity.

The Auctioneering Co. (Western Australia) will coordinate an accompanied site visit with each interested party so that they can shortly submit realistic offers to buy the assets and operate them onsite or relocate them to an alternative site.

We propose to make these site visits on Wednesday 22nd and Wednesday 29th July. We shall accompany interested parties (OHS reasons) at the site as the seller’s assets are located within the quarry operated by a third party.
