The next stage is to organise and manage the budgeted promotional activities so that the inspection / viewing days get as many genuinely interested potential buyers in front of your assets as possible.

The team not only manages the inspection and auction day processes but also controls the collection of money and dispersal of assets bought by the attendees.

Finally, the team’s “office” kicks in and prepares a detailed remittance advice and net payment to you as the seller within a few days.
